In this cataclysmic times when we have to spend most of our times inside our houses and flats, it is of great importance to fuckin eat well! Boosting our immune system has rarely felt more urgent, but beyond eating more tangerines and hoping for the best, what else can we do? We gotta feed our gut flora, eating a more varied diet with lots of high fiber foods. The more plant foods you consume, the better. Excercise! One of the many happy side-effects of excercise is that it reduces stress. Forget boozing through the coronavirus crisis, because heavy drinking also weakens our immune cells. Excercising and eating well will have the likely knock-on effect of helping you sleep better, which is a bonus. Stay safe and sane y’all!
